How many barcodes can I make for free?Without an account: up to 20 downloads a day from your network. Free confirmed account: 20 new barcodes a day and 50 new in lists per 7 days. Downloading again is free.
Why has my confirmation email not arrived?If the Barcode Rocket confirmation email has not arrived, check your spam folder, check the address in the bar on your dashboard, and send the link again.
How do I download a barcode again?Every barcode you make with a free Barcode Rocket account is saved in History. Open History on your dashboard, find the barcode and click Download again. It is free.
Where do I find updates and messages from Barcode Rocket?The Inbox on your Barcode Rocket dashboard has two tabs: Updates with news from us, and Messages for writing to us. A number on the Inbox button shows what is new.
How does Rocket Pass work?Rocket Pass is the Barcode Rocket invite: a colleague gets +10 barcodes a week in lists, and you get +10 a week once they make 3 different ISBN or product barcodes.
How do I hide barcode types I never use?In the Barcode Rocket studio, click the eye on a group or type to hide it, and Show all to bring everything back. Your "I am…" answer sets a starting choice.
How do I change my password, download my data or delete my account?On the Barcode Rocket account page you change your password, sign out of all devices, download your data as JSON or delete your account. Where each one is.
